The role also supports accurate spend categorization, identifies savings opportunities, maintains executed agreements, and communicates procurement status and blockers across the organization.

Lead growth product strategy and roadmap to acquire, activate, and retain small-business customers. Run rigorous A/B experimentation across funnel stages, use cohort-based analysis and AI to accelerate discovery and personalization, partner with product/engineering/marketing to productionalize wins, own growth KPIs and instrumentation, and build and mentor a high-performing growth team while ensuring compliance in a regulated fintech.

The Senior Designer will lead creative direction for marketing campaigns, produce high-impact designs, partner with marketing teams, and develop visual system consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
