Institutional Sales Director responsible for acquiring large institutional clients and increasing revenue across BitGo’s digital asset custody, wallet, prime, trading, staking, and lending solutions. The role manages the full sales lifecycle, conducts product demonstrations, develops proposals, coordinates client onboarding, represents BitGo at industry events, and collaborates with trading, lending, operations, compliance, and support teams. Candidates need 10+ years of institutional or enterprise sales experience, a strong financial services network, financial and technical fluency, and Salesforce experience.

Build and lead BitGo’s Technical Program Management function, initially serving as the first R&D program manager. Own predictable product delivery, cross-team dependencies, regulatory and audit remediation programs, portfolio capacity planning, execution reviews, and launch readiness. Hire and develop 1–2 TPMs within the first year.
