Support technology-enabled retail sales by translating customer requirements into technical scopes, creating spec sheets and system diagrams, managing concurrent projects, coordinating with China-based and domestic vendors, mitigating technical risks, and enabling handoff to engineering, production, and operations while supporting sales throughout the cycle.

Own and grow retailer accounts for interactive retail technology programs. Lead planning and execution of technology projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines/budgets, identify growth opportunities, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction. Travel to client meetings and events as required.
