Trainee participates in a structured Advisor Mastery Program to develop advisory, sales, investment management, and client service skills. Responsibilities include prospecting, building a book of business, managing client relationships, recommending suitable investments, completing licensing and program training, and meeting production and AUM targets under mentor supervision.

Lead design, delivery, and support of risk data, reporting, and analytics solutions. Partner with stakeholders to improve risk measurement, data governance, automation, and reporting. Manage roadmaps, backlogs, documentation, observability, and a team delivering analytics, dashboards, and decision-support for regulatory, audit, and executive audiences.

Support Financial Advisors by conducting investment research, analyzing portfolio analytics and asset allocation, preparing industry/company reports and financial models, generating performance and peer comparison reports, assisting presentations/proposals, and participating in client meetings as needed.

Design, implement, and supervise securities compliance programs focused on Equity Research and Investment Banking. Develop risk-based monitoring/testing, advise stakeholders, support audits and regulatory change, prepare reports and submissions, provide training, and manage projects with substantial autonomy while escalating issues as needed.

Lead origination, structuring, underwriting and execution of complex private market transactions and capital raises across equity and credit. Drive valuation, modeling, negotiation and investor positioning; present recommendations to senior committees; manage multiple deals, coordinate diligence/legal/compliance, and mentor junior team members while partnering with distribution and sponsors.

Support cross-functional initiatives to improve employee and client experience via process analysis, reporting, dashboards, executive materials, change management, and technology/AI enablement. Collaborate with senior management and functional partners to identify opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and drive adoption.

Analyze municipal credits across sectors to support public finance banking, sales, underwriting, and trading. Monitor issuer credit quality and market/regulatory changes, produce written sector notes, provide credit support for primary and secondary markets, assist with RFPs and presentations, and develop relationships across issuers, investors, and internal fixed-income teams.

Execute and manage Asia equity orders during local market hours with focus on electronic execution and client service. Monitor overnight orders and positions, troubleshoot OMS/EMS and FIX connectivity, support portfolio trading and allocations, and partner with Ops/Tech/Risk/Compliance to ensure best execution and workflow resiliency.
