Own go-to-market strategy for Flashpoint’s cyber threat intelligence offerings, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, pricing, packaging, launches, sales enablement, and commercialization. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to create buyer-focused content, drive pipeline and adoption, analyze market and customer insights, and support measurable growth. Represent Flashpoint through thought leadership, webinars, social content, and industry engagement.

Manage post-sale relationships with mid-market B2B SaaS customers, driving adoption, value realization, renewals, retention, and account expansion. Build trusted stakeholder relationships, monitor customer health and engagement, mitigate churn, negotiate multi-year contracts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and conduct strategic business reviews. The role requires consultative account management experience, ideally in cybersecurity or threat intelligence, and ownership of renewal and expansion deals.
