Lead and deliver multiple IT and data center projects across the project lifecycle. Manage scope, schedule, budget, P&L, stakeholders, risks, communications, and mentor junior staff. Oversee data center migrations and cloud strategies, ensure project quality and profitability, and follow company PMO methodologies.

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex, multi-practice enterprise opportunities. Drive consultative discovery, validate designs/BOMs/SOWs, influence deal strategy with Account Executives, mentor CSAs and engineers, and develop reusable reference architectures. Represent the company in senior client briefings and identify cross-practice opportunities across networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering.

Own and execute a portfolio of vendor renewal contracts, build and maintain renewal pipeline and forecasts, coordinate with sales/channel operations and manufacturers, generate quotes 30/60/90 days ahead, maximize manufacturer incentives, and support customers via phone and email.

Serve as the strategic partner and primary relationship owner for a portfolio of managed services customers. Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, profitability, and recurring revenue through executive engagement, QBRs, technology roadmaps, risk mitigation, upsell/cross-sell, and cross-functional coordination with delivery, sales, and leadership.

Lead and scale the Managed Services Customer Success organization (5–10 managers). Build operating model, processes, KPIs, lifecycle programs (onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, expansion), drive retention, health monitoring, and account profitability, enable upsell/cross-sell, and align cross-functional teams to ensure strong customer outcomes and executive-level engagement.

Manage and maintain partner designations, competencies, specializations, and technical validations across Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud. Track certification requirements, close gaps, coordinate audits and evidence readiness, manage renewals, build audit-ready repositories, monitor program changes, and report readiness. Coordinate with practice leaders, engineering, sales, operations, and vendor partners to keep partner programs compliant and on track.

Lead the Professional Services PMO to ensure consistent, profitable delivery of complex technology projects. Manage and develop PMO staff, establish governance, optimize resource and portfolio management, drive operational excellence, and partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and executives to improve forecasting, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Support Professional Services as the financial subject matter expert for project accounting, profitability analysis, forecasting, pricing, cost allocation, and executive reporting. Partner with PMs, Sales, Accounting, and leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, margin management, and financial governance across a portfolio of customer engagements.
