Manage and grow an enterprise territory (companies 2501+ employees) by hunting new business, maintaining pipeline, closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and upselling existing accounts. Represent 1Password at events, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions, and present/ negotiate with executive stakeholders to meet quota.

Lead and scale multiple technical post-sale teams (TAMs and Solutions Architects) to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Define engagement models, capacity planning, success metrics, and playbooks. Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Implementation to resolve escalations, surface product feedback, and ensure consistent technical outcomes and customer trust. Hire, develop, and operationalize high-performing technical teams.
