The role also monitors compliance with investor, insurer, agency, and company guidelines while escalating recurring issues and meeting strict deadlines.

Leads enterprise product evaluations, implementations, integrations, and adoption initiatives. Reconciles invoice details, researches discrepancies, communicates with vendors to resolve issues, identifies red flags, and escalates concerns. The coordinator maintains processing accuracy and timeliness while organizing workloads, controlling costs, following mortgage servicing policies, and meeting department goals.

Build workflows, triggers, automations, apps, reports/dashboards, and REST API/webhook integrations. Collaborate with business partners, PMO, and senior team members, follow SDLC and change-control processes, and create documentation and user training as needed.
