Senior market-facing role to develop and deepen relationships with private equity, venture capital, and technology companies in the NY Metro market. Manage client relationships, develop new business, supervise and mentor staff, oversee engagement deliverables, perform technical and strategic reviews, ensure quality control, manage billing and budgets, and provide recommendations on procedures and client solutions.

Leads the HCM Sales organization, managing Sales Directors and geographically dispersed sales teams. Develops sales strategies, drives revenue growth and market expansion, monitors pipeline and forecasts, builds sales leadership talent, and partners with executive, marketing, operations, and service teams. Oversees segment performance, operational effectiveness, financial results, resource planning, service quality, and long-term growth for human capital management solutions.

Supports transfer pricing projects for multinational clients across planning, compliance, implementation, and controversy matters. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing financial, economic, and accounting data; reviewing U.S. GAAP financial statements; researching comparable companies; conducting client interviews; preparing transfer pricing deliverables; and assisting with practice development initiatives under senior supervision.

Supervises global information reporting tax services for financial institution clients, advising on FATCA, CRS, Chapter 3 withholding and reporting, and related regimes. Coordinates international compliance teams, manages client engagements, reviews tax reporting data and forms, supervises associates, supports technology requirements and testing, and delivers regulatory training. Requires at least three years of public accounting or related experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Provide Level 1 IT support: troubleshoot O365, AD, Windows, Azure, networking, VPN, and hardware issues; log and escalate tickets, maintain documentation, and deliver professional customer service.
