The Senior Associate General Counsel provides legal counsel on regulatory matters, drafts and negotiates contracts, manages disputes, and mentors junior associates.

Designs and delivers sales onboarding, training, playbooks, and readiness programs. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to align enablement with GTM strategy. Develops content with SMEs, tracks training effectiveness, maintains sales content and technology stack, and supports adoption of enablement tools to improve seller performance and consistency.

Lead strategy, product development, and national distribution for workplace 529 and ABLE solutions. Build partnerships with brokers, HRIS and benefits platforms, define product and operational requirements, set pricing and P&L, and design the organizational model to scale employer-based education savings offerings.
