Onsite HR Coordinator supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, HRIS recordkeeping, training setup, benefits promotion, exit interviews, compliance, and HR metrics analysis under the HR Generalist.

Manage store-level HR across recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management and terminations. Partner with HRBP to deploy people strategy, run hiring events, train managers on ATS, ensure compliance, analyze exit interviews, and support HR metrics and reporting.

Manage and audit weekly payroll for multiple US and Canada locations, resolve discrepancies, process adjustments and manual checks, generate reports, handle garnishments, ensure compliance, and improve payroll processes in collaboration with Dayforce Managed Team.
