Lead sales activities for an assigned healthcare technology product suite to meet revenue targets. Act as product SME, shape complex multi‑stakeholder deals, coach team members, manage pipeline and metrics, identify cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities, and engage C‑suite stakeholders. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies and travel up to 25% for client engagements and events.

Support onboarding and integration of new clients: gather requirements, validate data readiness, perform system and data analysis, troubleshoot conversions, build and configure systems, document root causes, participate in on-call conversion support, and collaborate across implementation, go-live, and optimization while maintaining HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Lead design, execution, and optimization of omni-channel campaigns in Marketo. Own platform administration, governance, lead lifecycle, scoring, deliverability, and CRM integration. Apply AI/LLMs to automate and personalize campaigns, mentor junior staff, build reporting and testing frameworks, and drive operational maturity and compliance (including HIPAA).

Lead and grow the Sales Engineering organization to drive pipeline, bookings, adoption, and expansion for Provider products. Design, architect, and implement custom enterprise ServiceNow solutions and integrations. Own feature releases, monitoring, and platform health. Customize UI, workflows, catalogs, and knowledge bases. Deliver integrations via REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO and Mid Server. Provide technical leadership, mentor peers, translate business needs into solutions, and ensure regulatory/HIPAA compliance.
