Manage a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts, build strong customer relationships, and act as primary customer contact. Use Salesforce and Office tools to capture insights, process orders, support returns, collaborate with channel managers, and promote product adoption. Travel occasionally for trade shows and events, advocate for customer needs, and drive retention and growth.

Manage and grow assigned territory by developing relationships with high-potential accounts, delivering presentations, planning and executing account strategies, negotiating and closing complex deals, documenting activity in CRM, and traveling to meet customers. Ensure use of SanMar marketing tools, plan travel, and comply with company policies.
