The Associate will split time between deal sourcing and execution, supporting diligence, financial analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio company management. Initially 50/50 sourcing and execution; execution and portfolio responsibilities will grow over time. Role requires strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Lead and modernize insurance treasury operations across KKR's insurance platform, ensuring accurate cash positioning, liquidity and trade-date forecasting, funding and drawdown execution, strong controls, and team development. Drive data-, AI-, and automation-enabled platform improvements and integrate treasury processes across insurance and asset management while partnering with finance, investment, technology, risk, and external providers.

The Associate will source and underwrite private credit investment opportunities, work closely with sponsors, and manage investments. Responsibilities include financial analysis, portfolio management, and relationship building.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives: manage sensitive information, complex calendars, travel logistics, meetings, correspondence, and expense reporting. The Associate will evaluate and execute M&A transactions, conduct industry research, develop investment presentations, and support strategic initiatives for KKR's insurance business.

The Program Analyst assists the Commercial team in liability modeling, risk assessment, validating models, and supporting reinsurance pricing and portfolio strategies.

Lead enterprise market data strategy and operations across vendor landscape, owning inventory, spend, entitlements, demand management, governance, reporting, and commercial optimization to reduce costs and align market data investments with business priorities.

The Analyst/Associate will deepen investor relationships, manage fundraising processes, create materials, and support technical diligence, collaborating with investment teams.

Support treasury and cash management for private markets: coordinate deal closings, execute wires and FX settlements, manage liquidity and loan repayments, optimize yields on uninvested capital, support treasury system implementations, ensure SOX and audit compliance, and drive process standardization and ad hoc requests.

The Senior Analyst will be integral to product development, pricing new annuity products, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive sales growth.
