Supports private markets fundraising and marketing activities across fund offerings. Responsibilities include preparing legal and marketing materials, launching data rooms, responding to RFPs and investor inquiries, tracking fundraising pipelines, maintaining fund and LP data, conducting quantitative analyses, coordinating fund closings and client meetings, supporting sales teams, updating third-party databases, and assisting with conferences and annual meetings.

Develops private markets guidance for multi-asset portfolios, including allocation, liquidity budgeting, commitment pacing, and cash flow forecasting. Serves as a subject matter expert across private equity, private credit, real assets, and related strategies. Partners with advisors, relationship managers, investment teams, and marketing to support fundraising, portfolio implementation, client presentations, market research, and creation of presentations, whitepapers, webinars, and training materials.

Leads enterprise-scale technology transformation programs across private markets, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, vendors, staffing, and executive communications. The role coordinates engineering teams, project managers, contractors, and business stakeholders across data, operating-model, application, and AI-enabled initiatives. It also establishes program standards, oversees change control and benefits realization, manages vendor commercials, and ensures delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Supports the Co-Chief Risk Officers in managing Global Risk operations, governance, reporting, budgets, vendors, onboarding, communications, and team processes. Leads cross-functional projects including system implementations, audits, regulatory requests, workflow improvements, and change initiatives. Oversees governance calendars, committee materials, action tracking, SOPs, technology tooling initiatives, working groups, and stakeholder alignment while driving consistent operations and efficiency.
