Create journey maps, SOPs, and playbooks; digitize account opening; define future-state platform and roadmap; set SLAs/KPIs; drive technology enablement, requirements, testing, launch adoption, and change management while partnering with senior stakeholders and mentoring junior staff.

Manage operational risk framework, investigate risk events, conduct assessments, and produce reports to enhance the control environment and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead design, build, and support full-stack .NET applications and integrations for fund and intermediary platforms. Own SDLC delivery, production support, performance tuning, platform modernization, and mentoring.
