Support the end-to-end investment process for private credit secondaries: source and execute LP-led and GP-led transactions, perform bottom-up credit analysis and financial modeling of borrowers and funds, prepare investment memoranda, monitor portfolio holdings and valuations, and assist with deal sourcing, fundraising, and strategic initiatives.

Lead development and delivery of analytical datasets and AI-enabled analytics for global real estate. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs, design data solutions, enforce governance and quality, scale AI use cases, and deliver executive-level reporting and project management.

Lead team in originating and managing senior debt and equity investments, structure transactions, maintain client relationships, and mentor analysts. Requires strong finance expertise and leadership skills.
