Develop early-stage institutional relationships, qualify opportunities, support client meetings and proposals, build FX and hedging expertise, maintain CRM and pipeline forecasting, and partner with trading and operations to drive business development.

Manage and expand a portfolio of institutional clients (PE, VC, hedge funds, real assets) by driving full sales cycle for FX and hedging solutions. Develop new business through outreach and events, collaborate with trading/structuring and internal teams to deliver bespoke execution, meet revenue targets, and maintain disciplined pipeline and CRM reporting while staying current on market trends.
