Owns the global iHerb business strategy, including P&L, marketplace operations, assortment, forecasting, promotions, retail media, inventory coordination, negotiations, and performance reporting. The role analyzes sales, margins, customer behavior, and market trends to drive profitable growth, while coordinating with supply chain, finance, legal, marketing, and customer experience teams. It also leads joint business planning, digital initiatives, and quarterly U.S. travel.
