Prospect and close new enterprise business across the West region. Lead negotiation and execution of complex enterprise SaaS, on-premises, privacy, security, professional services, and channel agreements. Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams on deal strategy, risk assessment, pricing, compliance, and global expansion. Improve legal forms, playbooks, workflows, and contract processes while advising on privacy initiatives and training business teams. Serve as a strategic, commercially minded legal advisor for high-value transactions with sophisticated enterprise customers.

Lead and mentor Commercial Account Executives across the West region, driving revenue growth, pipeline development, territory planning, quotas, and strategic account relationships.
