The Growth Account Director will grow business in the West region by managing customer relationships, tracking data, and exceeding sales goals.

Serve as the primary technical lead for a portfolio of Grafana customers: design observability architectures, guide implementation and onboarding, conduct technical reviews and RCA, drive adoption and ROI, deliver training and documentation, and represent customer needs to Product and Engineering.

Lead architecture, delivery, and operation of large distributed telemetry databases. Define technical strategy, SLOs/SLIs, and reliability practices; drive performance, cost, and observability improvements; lead incident response and cross-team projects; mentor engineers; and represent engineering to stakeholders.

Join the Platform SysEng squad to design, build, and operate highly available, low-latency cloud-native infrastructure. Improve platform scalability, performance, and reliability; own SLOs/SLIs, capacity planning, and production operability; collaborate across teams to reduce region build times and ship platform improvements. Work primarily with Go/Python/Shell, Kubernetes, IaC, and observability tools, and participate in on-call rotations.

Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data to define KPIs and measurement for AI-powered features, guide instrumentation, design and evaluate experiments, build dbt models, create dashboards, and influence product analytics standards and long-term strategy.
