Own team health, technical strategy, delivery velocity, and AI-native engineering adoption. Partner with product leadership on roadmap, coach engineering managers, drive architecture and resourcing decisions, and measure AI-augmented velocity while delivering partner onboarding, quoting, lead delivery, and reporting systems.

Run day-to-day revenue operations supporting sales, support, and implementation teams. Drive sales process adoption, own pipeline review rhythm, manage SFDC data governance and support cases, coordinate onboarding, produce operational reporting, and support post-sale renewal workflows in partnership with CS and AM.
