Supports provider account data quality and engagement workflows for the Practice Access Management team. Maintains accurate Salesforce accounts and contacts, resolves duplicates and data issues, monitors workflow alerts, conducts outbound outreach to provider offices, verifies practice information and communication consent, documents interactions, handles inbound pharmacy requests, and makes timely handoffs to the PAM team.

Partners with HR, legal, payroll, managers, and employees while improving People Operations infrastructure across Workday, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and policy administration. This senior individual contributor role requires expertise in multi-state leave laws, accommodations, HRIS data, confidential employee information, and scalable process design.
