Lead end-to-end Leave of Absence and Accommodations programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves), manage vendor partnerships (Sparrow, Disclo), ensure compliance, partner with HRBPs, payroll and legal, improve People Ops processes and Workday data integrity, and support broader People Ops functions like onboarding, payroll, and policy administration.

Lead individual-contributor data science work to build predictive models, measurement frameworks, and AI-powered analytics. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate insights into product strategy, define success metrics, automate analyses with agentic workflows, apply causal inference and experimentation, communicate findings to executives, and mentor other data scientists.

Supports provider account data quality and engagement workflows for the Practice Access Management team. Maintains accurate Salesforce accounts and contacts, resolves duplicates and data issues, monitors workflow alerts, conducts outbound outreach to provider offices, verifies practice information and communication consent, documents interactions, handles inbound pharmacy requests, and makes timely handoffs to the PAM team.
