Leads enterprise architecture, technical strategy, and evolution of GEICO’s Generative AI, virtual agent, and agentic workflow platforms. Designs scalable systems for retrieval, knowledge management, prompt and context management, orchestration, semantic search, and action execution. Evaluates technologies, establishes GenAI application standards, guides production deployments, influences business strategy, mentors senior engineers, and serves as a final technical authority across multiple teams and business domains.

Lead GEICO’s IVR and conversational AI product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle. Drive voice experience design, self-service adoption, containment, analytics, and customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and business teams. Responsibilities include market research, feature prioritization, platform architecture influence, IVR performance optimization, analytics implementation, and integration of NLP, voice biometrics, and AI-powered intent recognition.

Leads and builds GEICO’s Marketing Solutions Engineering team, owning marketing platform integration strategy, architecture standards, governance, roadmap, vendor engagement, and cross-domain delivery. Partners with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Privacy leadership to integrate first-party and third-party platforms across data, activation, AI, and marketing technology. Recruits and mentors solution engineers, drives architectural decisions, ensures privacy and AI controls, and serves as the senior technical authority for marketing’s technology ecosystem.
