Build and lead the publishing QA function for video game titles. Manage external QA testers, establish title-specific testing strategies and workflows, coordinate priorities with producers, developers, and platform holders, and oversee test plans, coverage, defect triage, documentation, certification, and launch readiness. Report testing status and risks to stakeholders while improving QA practices, tools, and processes.

Lead production for AAA game publishing initiatives across development and internal publishing teams. Manage milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, stakeholder communication, and concurrent workstreams throughout titles’ full lifecycles, including post-launch live service content. Coordinate distributed teams, marketing, business development, QA, research, data, product, and platform partners while advocating for player experience and maintaining delivery standards.

Lead QA strategy and execution across game titles: author and manage test plans, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, improve automation and CI integration, maintain bug databases, evaluate and prototype AI-assisted QA tooling, and oversee certification and status reporting.

Create hand-drawn and digitally composited 2D effects (magic, water, fire, smoke, debris) that enhance character performance and cinematic storytelling. Collaborate with Production Designer and Visual Development to define visual language, maintain consistent style and timing, apply core animation principles, and solve technical and creative pipeline challenges.
