Supports People Operations and employee experience programs, including onboarding, engagement initiatives, events, communications, recruiting coordination, and HR projects. Provides executive calendar and meeting support, coordinates board and leadership logistics, and helps manage the New York office, vendors, supplies, access, mail, and employee equipment. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, service orientation, and comfort managing multiple priorities.

Lead and scale enablement programs across SDR, Sales, and Customer Growth teams. Build onboarding, continuous learning, playbooks, and enablement tech adoption. Define OKRs and measure ROI, partner with Product Marketing, and run workshops while shaping GTM and expansion motions.
