Responsibilities include sourcing venues and partners, negotiating contracts, analyzing financial and operational metrics, optimizing ticket sales, tracking P&L, forecasting, coordinating cross-functional teams, scaling successful events, and maintaining high customer and operational standards.

Lead Candlelight’s U.S. music curation and programming strategy, identifying artists, repertoire, and emerging trends. Build relationships with performers and industry stakeholders, develop scalable concert concepts, negotiate arrangements and licensing, oversee auditions, and use audience and performance data to guide decisions. Collaborate with marketing, growth, operations, and global teams to increase engagement and ticket sales while maintaining artistic standards. Mentor junior curators and drive national program expansion.

Lead sponsorship sales across Fever's global live-experience portfolio. Build and manage a pipeline, prospect and close integrated sponsorships, negotiate contracts, forecast in Salesforce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and transition partnerships.

Lead creative development of large-scale immersive experiences from concept to delivery. Originate narratives, script, storyboard and translate ideas into physical guest journeys. Direct multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with production, licensing, commercial and tech partners, manage budgets and scope, present to stakeholders, and explore emerging tech (AI, interactive media, lighting, AV, show control) to elevate experiential storytelling.

The Market Strategy and Business Development Manager will develop growth strategies and manage partnerships in the entertainment industry while fostering relationships and ensuring successful contract negotiations.

Lead editorial for Secret NYC: generate story ideas, write timely articles, manage editorial calendar and local team, optimize content for SEO and social, oversee social and newsletter strategy, analyze performance, and collaborate on promotional partnerships and video/social content.

Manage on-site technical, logistical, and safety aspects of an outdoor forest walking trail event. Coordinate vendors, deliveries, crew welfare, daily H&S meetings, emergency plans, and support load-in/load-out under Production and Event Manager direction.

Manage onsite trail and event operations: oversee daily pre/post-show checks, coordinate technical departments (lighting, audio, video, power, props), implement safety and weather plans, handle incidents, and ensure crew welfare and show-ready conditions during install, event runs, and strike.
