Provides executive support to the Vice President for Advancement by managing calendars, travel, expenses, correspondence, presentations, office operations, donor pipeline records, solicitation plans, budgets, and database accuracy. The role serves as a central operational hub for the Advancement team, requiring discretion, independent judgment, strong communication, and coordination with executives, donors, trustees, and fellow executive assistants.

Lead enterprise-wide data governance and stewardship for commercial, operational, and administrative data. Build and manage a matrixed team of data stewards, implement MDM strategies and governance frameworks, ensure data quality and compliance (GDPR/CCPA), partner with stakeholders to enable analytics and business decision-making, and optimize governance tools and processes.
