Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade RPA bots using Automation Anywhere A360. Lead solution architecture, assess processes, integrate with ERPs/APIs/databases, monitor production performance, troubleshoot failures, and drive continuous improvement. Follow CI/CD practices, document workflows and runbooks, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver AI/ML-augmented automation.

Provide hands-on operational support and maintenance for on-prem Blue Prism environments, troubleshoot across application, database, and OS layers, coordinate SQL Server and failover configurations, maintain Dynatrace monitoring, execute upgrades, and act as trusted client technical contact.
