Builds community relationships, manages event logistics and entertainment, creates digital content, tracks campaign and financial performance, and improves repeat visits, guest satisfaction, profitability, and brand visibility. Serves as duty manager when needed and supports service standards, team leadership, and operational execution during high-profile events.
