Lead and coordinate architectural and interior design across multiple projects from concept through construction. Collaborate with internal teams and consultants, review/redline drawings, manage FF&E and art programs, perform feasibility and constructability reviews, conduct product/finish research, draft in AutoCAD and 3D, and support construction administration including RFIs, submittals and punch lists. Work across office, property locations and active construction sites.

Support development team with architectural design, 3D modeling, zoning review, permitting, construction coordination, underwriting, pro formas, financial analysis, due diligence, vendor invoice review, and project reporting throughout all project phases.

Support senior development leadership across all project phases including underwriting, financial modeling, budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, construction coordination, investor reporting, due diligence, and sourcing acquisition opportunities.

Drive revenue for assigned market segments through client relationship management, contract negotiation, new-business development, CRM documentation, collaboration with marketing and revenue teams, and participation in events and site inspections to maximize bookings and exceed brand performance standards.
