Lead and manage the credit research team while maintaining personal coverage of leveraged loans and high-yield bonds. Perform fundamental credit analysis, financial modeling, covenant review, and provide timely investment recommendations. Enforce research standards, partner with portfolio managers, leverage CLO knowledge, present to the investment committee, and support portfolio construction and risk frameworks.
