Drive revenue expansion through upsell/cross-sell, conduct data-driven business reviews, prevent churn via retention strategies, maintain HubSpot CRM accuracy, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize platform adoption and client outcomes.

Serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers, managing integrations end-to-end, tracking SLA performance, diagnosing API/webhook issues, escalating to engineering, querying data with SQL and scripting, and identifying expansion opportunities to support revenue targets.
