Lead full‑stack development for the Care Journey product, owning design and delivery of GraphQL/Python APIs and React/React Native experiences. Write technical specs, drive large cross‑team projects, ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance, mentor engineers, participate in on‑call, and deliver performant, scalable systems across web and mobile.

Sell Modern Health's mental health benefits platform to enterprise clients (1,000–10,000 employees) in the Upper Central/Chicago region. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborate with consultant relations and market leaders, build pipeline with marketing/SDR support, and use data-driven account and territory planning.

Manage cross-functional business and partnership programs end-to-end: coordinate launches and implementations, serve as operational partner contact, build program plans and playbooks, track metrics and risks, support business reviews, and drive process improvements to scale partner operations.

Program-manage cross-functional product and technical initiatives from scoping through launch and post-launch; build and maintain project plans, track dependencies and risks, translate stakeholder requests into clear requirements, run product & tech operating rhythms, manage tooling and dashboards, enable data-informed decisions, and improve alignment and communication between Product & Tech and cross-functional teams.

Partner with Strategic Finance leadership to build financial models, run pricing and profitability analyses, develop scaling strategies, and support cross-functional decision-making. Partner with GTM, Clinical Strategy, and Finance to build and maintain dbt models, client-facing reports, and dashboards. Perform SQL-based analyses, ROI and clinical outcomes reporting, and translate insights for non-technical stakeholders. Ensure data reliability through testing, code review, and collaboration with Data Engineering; support ad-hoc requests and automation of reporting.

Lead product marketing for Modern Healths multi-product mental health platform: define POV, positioning, messaging, GTM launches, sales assets, competitive differentiation, and solution packaging while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Revenue, and Finance to drive acquisition and client satisfaction.

Own renewal strategy, negotiations, and execution for an enterprise SaaS portfolio to protect and grow ARR. Partner with Client Management, Legal, and Finance to forecast accurately, mitigate renewal risk, and identify upsell opportunities while driving retention and expansion.

Lead frontend platform architecture across web and mobile: design and evolve design systems, component libraries, build tooling, accessibility, internationalization, and developer experience. Partner with backend teams on GraphQL/Python, maintain security and compliance, mentor engineers, drive cross-team initiatives, and deliver scalable, high-quality frontend foundations used by multiple product teams.
