Lead Eleanor Health's technology function, manage a small cross-functional tech team, implement structured delivery processes, consolidate vendors and platforms (EHR/CRM/telephony/data), drive strategic projects including AI adoption, ensure IT operations and HIPAA/SOC2 compliance, and serve as the ELT-facing owner for technology strategy and execution.
