The Inside Sales Associate role focuses on training entry-level professionals in sales, helping small businesses with financing solutions, and promoting growth within the company.

Handle inbound leads from small business owners, learn consultative sales, manage pipeline in Salesforce, participate in structured training, collaborate with sales leaders, and work toward promotion to higher-earning roles.

Manage client renewals and identify growth opportunities with existing small-business customers. Cultivate and maintain a personal book of business (no cold calling), use Salesforce to track interactions, consultatively recommend financing solutions, collaborate with sales leaders, and participate in training to meet renewal targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Close business financing deals from warm inbound leads, manage a pipeline, build relationships with small and medium business owners, generate revenue, and meet/exceed monthly targets on a fast-paced sales floor (hybrid).

Manage daily cash operations, forecasting, liquidity and covenant monitoring. Prepare recurring reports, reconcile collateral data, support securitization/warehouse documentation, and partner across teams to optimize treasury and funding.

Implement reliable batch and streaming pipelines, data quality, observability, and onboarding processes. Lead legacy migrations, create data contracts and SLAs, and apply AI-native tooling to automate debugging, documentation, and operational workflows while partnering with Analytics, Engineering, and vendors.

Lead design and ownership of a modern data platform: ingestion, Snowflake governance, pipeline reliability, migrations, data contracts, observability, and AI-enabled tooling. Partner with Analytics, Engineering, and vendors to deliver trustworthy data products and operate production pipelines.

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will acquire new partners, manage partnerships, and drive business initiatives, emphasizing relationship building and financial literacy.

Provide front-line and advanced application support for a cloud-hosted loan management platform: triage and resolve incidents, troubleshoot .NET/C# applications and SQL Server data issues, investigate browser and Azure environment problems, use Azure DevOps for tracking, escalate complex defects, validate fixes, assist releases, and maintain support documentation and runbooks while collaborating with product and engineering teams.
