Own tactical delivery for Billing and Data platform teams by managing backlogs, writing epics and user stories, defining acceptance criteria, conducting UAT with BigQuery SQL, coordinating releases, and aligning engineering, product, finance, and stakeholder priorities. Own the integrated marketing strategy for NMI’s payment gateway, driving pipeline, ISO partner acquisition, gateway adoption, and cross-sell growth. Develop verticalized campaigns for markets including parking, transit, EV charging, and healthcare. Partner with product marketing, demand generation, sales, channel, and content teams to create messaging, campaigns, enablement, and customer stories. Manage programs from planning through optimization while tracking KPIs, budgets, and revenue impact.

Supports assigned payment-industry partners through merchant onboarding, underwriting approvals, account activation, pricing, equipment, commissions, and operational inquiries. Acts as a liaison across underwriting, risk, technical support, finance, operations, and sales teams to resolve issues. Maintains partner relationships, monitors engagement, identifies activation challenges, supports growth initiatives, and communicates feedback to management. The role is remote and requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, CRM, and payment operations skills.

Acquire and close new partnerships with ISOs, agents, fintech companies, and merchant account resellers across an assigned U.S. territory. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, pipeline management, quota attainment, partner evaluation, negotiations, objection handling, industry research, communicating product value, and maintaining accurate Salesforce sales records. Build and maintain revenue and customer-lifecycle reporting, author complex BigQuery SQL, develop segmentation and clustering models in BigQuery ML, perform entity resolution and data quality reconciliation, migrate and maintain Tableau dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc and recurring analyses to support Sales, Revenue, and cross-functional teams.
