Build and maintain revenue reporting, forecasting, dashboards, and KPI infrastructure for sales and success teams. Lead Technical Operations for an AWS-native, HIPAA/CMS-regulated platform: own DevOps, security/compliance (SOC2/HIPAA), IT, observability, incident response, and AI-enabled automation. Build policies, tooling, and a small team; partner with engineering and product; drive uptime, MTTR, deployment frequency, and audit readiness.

Build and deliver full-stack features for a web-based broker platform, collaborate with product and design, manage technical debt, shape architecture for scalability, participate in code reviews, and adopt AI-powered developer tools.
