Lead architecture, implementation, and optimization of Azure cloud infrastructure across multiple subscriptions. Build IaC standards and automation, mentor engineers, support mission-critical applications, improve deployment speed and cost control, monitor system health, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable, secure, production-grade systems.

Work hands-on with employee-owned small businesses to deliver turnarounds, transformations, and growth. Provide strategic support, coaching, and operational implementation as an advisor, co-manager, or interim manager. Travel frequently to onsite engagements and lead implementation of financial and operational changes.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to leaders and managers, aligning talent strategies with business goals. Drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation guidance, change management, and leadership development. Coach managers, support hiring/onboarding/performance processes, lead HR projects, ensure compliance, and use data to identify trends and recommend solutions in a fast-growing, remote environment.

Provide advanced technical support and escalation for Merge Healthcare products. Troubleshoot complex hardware, OS, network, and medical-imaging issues; handle inbound/outbound calls; document cases in CRM; perform remote upgrades and preventative maintenance; escalate and drive resolutions; contribute to knowledgebase; maintain customer satisfaction. Travel ~10%.
