Lead global commercial strategy and a team of nine Sales Directors to drive parts distribution and whole-asset transactions. Own revenue targets, pipeline, forecasting, and large multi-party deals; cultivate MRO, operator, OEM, and lessor relationships; align commercial activity with operations, pricing, and M&A, and support due diligence and integration.

The Proposals Manager leads the proposal lifecycle, collaborates with teams to develop strategies, creates pricing models, and manages internal reviews for submissions.

Troubleshoot incidents, communicate with clients, manage licensing, document environments, and promote best practices while collaborating with stakeholders and continuous skill development.
