Analyze and monitor labor performance against budget, identify variances and trends, support forecasting and reporting, maintain data integrity, and help leadership address underperforming or over-budget jobs. Lead FP&A for a large, project-based public company: manage enterprise and segment budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, project-level profitability, ERP transformation, GAAP compliance, AI-driven analytics adoption, and develop a high-performing finance team to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Translate operational priorities into technology requirements, align roadmaps with operational readiness, lead change management and field engagement, track performance metrics, and partner with Finance, Product, and Innovation to scale capabilities and demonstrate business impact.

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations: discovery, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare. Translate client workflows into usable solutions, run role-specific training, monitor KPIs and adoption, coordinate cross-functional teams, and travel to support go-lives while contributing to methodology and materials.
