The Director of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for managing corporate funder relationships, securing investments, strategically developing partnerships, and ensuring effective execution and reporting for iMentor's mission.

The Associate Director will manage Program Managers to implement high-quality curricula in high schools, ensuring organizational outcomes and partnerships. Responsibilities include staff supervision, program implementation, data tracking, and collaboration with school partners to enhance college access for students.

Program Managers will support 80-100 mentee/mentor pairs in developing post-secondary plans. They will facilitate relationships, classroom sessions, events, and provide coaching and data-driven support to ensure success in the program.
