Coordinates contracts, compliance tracking, procurement activities, government filings, vendor documentation, renewals, audits, and purchasing processes. Maintains compliance calendars and contract records, follows up on outstanding requirements, supports government and funder reviews, and collaborates with program, finance, HR, purchasing, vendors, subcontractors, and government agencies. Provides administrative coverage and event coordination as needed.

Provides legal and case management support for immigration and victim services cases, including U-Visas, VAWA, T-Visas, asylum, family law, and OVS restitution. Manages client caseloads, maintains confidential records in CLIO and Cerenade, prepares legal filings, conducts research, coordinates with clients and agencies, supports court and field activities, and ensures program compliance.

The Case Manager will assist in managing social services for community members, providing case management, client interviews, and follow-ups while ensuring client needs are met.
