Manages mid-level donor portfolios, develops monthly giving, cultivates institutional partnerships, and recruits stakeholder groups. Responsibilities include donor stewardship, fundraising strategy, partner vetting, relationship management, cultivation events, campaign collaboration, volunteer engagement, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records. The role requires strong communication, project management, discretion, strategic problem-solving, and commitment to HFNY’s Christian mission and service to marginalized communities.

Leads HFNY’s mobilization and generosity strategy, including fundraising plans, donor cultivation, institutional partnerships, volunteer campaigns, external communications, and stakeholder pipelines. Partners with the CEO and board to achieve aggressive revenue and engagement goals, manages major donor relationships, and builds an effective five-person Mobilization Team. Provides organization-wide strategic leadership while promoting collaboration, trust, excellence, and growth.
