Own the strategic direction and daily execution of KREWE’s ecommerce website. Responsibilities include site merchandising, product launches, content updates, conversion optimization, analytics, A/B testing, SEO, UX improvements, campaign planning, reporting, and coordination with marketing, creative, planning, and development partners. The role also supports the Shopify redesign, promotional events, loyalty initiatives, personalization, and resolution of website issues.

Leads KREWE’s brand marketing strategy, demand generation, integrated campaigns, product launches, and omnichannel planning. Partners with Creative, PR, Retail, Digital, Product, and Wholesale teams to strengthen cultural relevance, drive consumer growth, and maintain brand consistency. Builds scalable marketing processes, calendars, and operating rhythms while managing and mentoring the Brand Marketing team.

Own production tracking and coordination from product development through delivery. Manage order visibility, milestones, risks, vendor performance, issue resolution, reporting, and cross-functional alignment across Design, Marketing, Planning, and Trade. Lead sourcing and production execution for domestic and non-core product categories, including vendor identification, onboarding, and management. The role is based onsite five days per week at KREWE’s New Orleans headquarters.

Lead Email and SMS strategy and execution for eCommerce, retail, and events. Build automated journeys and segmentation in Klaviyo and Attentive, collaborate with creative and performance teams, monitor/report KPIs, and drive subscriber growth, personalization, loyalty, and data quality across CRM systems.

Design and produce digital and print brand assets—email, social, web, packaging, retail signage, and campaign materials. Prepare production-ready files, support photoshoot prep, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with Art Director and cross-functional teams to deliver creative on schedule.
