The Operations Analyst will support video advertising campaigns by planning, executing, and reporting campaign performance, working closely with internal teams and managing client proposals.

Drive company-wide adoption of AI tools and workflows: design and deliver training, provide hands-on support, monitor adoption, build documentation and playbooks, pilot AI-assisted features with product teams, and present impact findings to stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day client relationships for Simulmedia's TV+ platform: understand client objectives, craft data-driven insights and demos, own account plans, drive renewals and growth, coordinate internal teams, and champion product initiatives to meet campaign goals.
