The Customer Success Manager will oversee enterprise accounts, driving growth, renewals, and customer value through strategic account management and executive relationship building.

Own budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based financial models; deliver monthly business reviews and KPI dashboards; partner with cross-functional leaders on planning, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives; support Board and investor reporting; build scalable FP&A processes and reporting frameworks.
