Manage IT/software projects for the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project, including planning, execution, software lifecycle administration, procurement/contracting/invoicing, budget management, vendor governance, and reporting on compliance and environmental permitting. Serve as primary contact for software and cybersecurity projects and lead stakeholder communication and cross-functional teams.

Serve as owner's representative managing planning, preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout. Lead project teams, ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards, manage stakeholder communications, approve purchases, monitor subcontractors, and deliver progress/cost reporting and project controls.

Lead drainage engineering for roadway projects including bridge hydraulic studies, culvert and closed drainage design, pond design, erosion control, construction plans, cost estimates, reports, QC, proposal/marketing support, team mentoring, and management of up to five engineers using specialized hydrologic and hydraulic software.

Lead qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for transportation and building projects in the Southeast. Manage multiple risk assessments, organize and facilitate risk identification and quantification workshops, develop Monte Carlo simulations, validate cost and schedule (Primavera P6), prepare risk reports, capture lessons learned, and help grow the regional risk management practice while supporting business development and client presentations.
