The Pre-Approval Specialist facilitates the loan process by assisting borrowers, managing documentation, and ensuring the best financial programs for clients.

Coordinate resolution of investor-identified post-closing conditions by researching loan files, obtaining and uploading documentation to investor portals, collaborating with internal teams and clients, monitoring pipelines and suspense reports, and ensuring loans are cleared for purchase in a timely manner while maintaining investor guideline knowledge.
