Leads OXO’s social-first marketing ecosystem across organic social, creator, UGC, PR, paid media, and integrated campaigns. Develops platform-specific strategies, editorial calendars, creator programs, and content plans; manages agencies, budgets, timelines, and deliverables; oversees community management and social listening; and uses analytics, testing, and insights to improve engagement, brand awareness, consideration, and business results.

Develop and maintain regional, channel, customer, category, subcategory, and SKU-level demand forecasts for OXO products. Analyze historical sales, demand drivers, inventory, service levels, and replenishment needs. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Supply Planning on S&OP, inventory allocation, open-to-sell reporting, scorecards, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.

Leads supply chain operational excellence, IBP and S&OE governance, inventory management, production planning, supplier execution, returns and liquidation, and custom work order management. Coordinates cross-functional teams, resolves execution risks, develops improvement roadmaps, manages KPIs and executive reporting, and oversees direct and indirect resources. Drives working capital optimization, process improvements, change management, and accountability across supply chain operations.

Leads OXO electric kitchen appliance product development and category strategy, including market research, product pipeline planning, financial performance, competitive analysis, testing, and product launches. Partners cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, design, sales, sourcing, operations, logistics, vendors, and customers to deliver products on schedule, within budget, and at required quality. Mentors team members and manages product line maintenance, refreshes, cost negotiations, and quality concerns.
